  • Are you willing to divulge your age!? I’m 46, born in 1972

  • What is your occupation? I am a full time worker for the Lord, spending time in schools teaching RE, Street Preaching, visiting prison as well as Bible teaching and preaching the Gospel

  • When did you first come to SCYC? This will be my first visit, I have never been to Shetland before

  • What role do you usually do? Speaker

  • If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? Shetland!!!!! I’ve heard it’s very beautiful!!

  • What famous person would you most like to meet and why? I too would have liked to have had a chat with Jim Elliot, his wife was so brave to have gone back to the tribe, she loved the Gospel.

  • What job did you want to do when you were small? I wanted to be a teacher, I managed that one!

  • Aside from necessities what is the one thing you wouldn’t like to live without? My computer, as I have terrible handwriting nobody would be able to understand anything I write!

  • What is your worst habit? Not knowing quite what to write when ask what my worst habit is!

This is a quick reminder that SCYC on Friday's will start this Friday at the Tingwall Public Hall at 7:30pm

We can provide transport for any who need but please phone SCYC Tel: 01950 313013 to book your lift or if you would like to find out more information.

It is open to any young people who are in S1 or older and feel free to mention to those who haven't been at the summer camp too, everyone is welcome.

There will be games, food and a short Bible message.

It will be great to see you and hope you can make it.
