  • What is your occupation? I finished my job as a paediatric oncology nurse in June to support Stuart in his work for the Lord, it’s a full time job keeping him organised!!!!

  • When did you first come to SCYC? This will be my first visit, I have never been to Shetland before

  • What role do you usually do? Kitchen helper

  • If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? I’d like to visit Canada I love to see the mountains and lakes

  • What famous person would you most like to meet and why? I once visited the ‘hidding place’ so I have many questions that I would love to ask Corrie Ten Boom

  • What job did you want to do when you were small? A teacher or a secretary

  • Aside from necessities what is the one thing you wouldn’t like to live without? My iPhone because I use it to keep in touch with my children and often read my Bible using it.

  • What is your worst habit? I am a bit bossy!

This is a quick reminder that SCYC on Friday's will start this Friday at the Tingwall Public Hall at 7:30pm

We can provide transport for any who need but please phone SCYC Tel: 01950 313013 to book your lift or if you would like to find out more information.

It is open to any young people who are in S1 or older and feel free to mention to those who haven't been at the summer camp too, everyone is welcome.

There will be games, food and a short Bible message.

It will be great to see you and hope you can make it.
